When we feel fatigued most of us focus on sleep problems. But proper relaxation takes many forms. Do you wake up exhausted, even after a good night’s sleep? You might be dealing with a ‘rest deficit’.
Do you go to bed and wake up tired?
Are you feeling exhausted/fatigued?
Feel you are Suffering from burnout?
There are 7 different types of rest that your body requires for wellness.
Some people wake up exhausted after a good night’s sleep, because they may not be getting enough of one type of rest – physical rest, which sleep is a form of – but they’re not getting enough of the other six types of rest, which are as follows.

Social
Spiritual
Sensory
Emotional
Creative
